This model is designed for training in gluteal intramuscular injection techniques in nursing, emergency care, and basic medical education. It covers the injection regions of the gluteus maximus, medius, and minimus muscles, and supports practice in both prone and lateral positions. The right side of the model features a transparent structure that clearly displays the anatomical layout of muscles, nerves, and blood vessels, enabling learners to visually understand the relationship between anatomical structures and injection sites. The left side contains an embedded intelligent sensing system that provides real-time feedback based on the injection location: a green light indicates correct positioning, while a flashing red light with buzzer alerts signals incorrect placement. In addition, different nerve zones trigger distinct red light indicators, enhancing the accuracy and realism of the training experience. The model supports both injection and aspiration using clean water or simulated blood, and residual liquid can be easily drained after use for repeatable practice. Powered by AA batteries, the unit is convenient and portable for flexible training environments.
Note: This model does not include an embedded pelvic bone and therefore does not support depth recognition or bony landmark palpation.
